Wanderlust Women is a community designed for women who want more from their journeys—more connection, more adventure, and more meaning. It specializes in small-group, thoughtfully curated trips that blend active experiences, cultural immersion, and a supportive group of women. These are trips where you challenge yourself, laugh a lot, feel taken care of, and come home with both unforgettable memories and genuine friendships. Single travelers are welcome, we can match you with a roommate with no supplement charge or you can upgrade to a private room.

Meet the Founder

Kelly Gregg Rubingh

Kelly has been a travel advisor and agency owner for over 25 years. She started out specializing in planning trips for families, but as her children grew and demographics of her client base changed she found herself taking numerous solo trips a year around the world. Women were often commenting "they wish they could travel like that", so Wanderlust Women was born as way to empower women to TAKE THAT TRIP!

Kelly is active in her community of San Carlos, California, and performs in local community theater when not travelling around the world. She expects to hit her 60th country in the next year, and loves her job planning creative journeys around the world!
